Forms
The contact, callback and support forms send your name, email, message, and optionally organisation, phone and selected services to a script on this website, which passes them to the hosting provider's mail system for delivery to our mailbox. We use them only to answer your enquiry and provide any service you ask for. The legal basis is taking steps at your request and our legitimate interest in replying.
Hosting and mail processing
Our web host processes technical request data (such as IP address and browser details) to serve pages and may keep server logs under its own policies. Messages pass through the host's mail transport and our mailbox provider.
Rate limiting
To limit abuse, the form script stores a pseudonymous fingerprint (a one-way hash of your IP address and our domain) and a counter in a temporary server file. Entries older than 15 minutes are cleaned up when later requests arrive.
Retention
Enquiries are kept only as long as needed to handle the enquiry, deliver any agreed service, and meet legal obligations. The site owner must confirm the actual retention practice; we do not state a fixed period here that has not been confirmed.
Cookies and local storage
